Ingredients
200g Spiral foods buckwheat soba noodles
10 peeled, cooked prawns
2 sachets Spiral foods dashi stock
2 cups water
1 TB Spiral foods shoyu sauce
2 tsp Spiral foods sesame oil
3 leaves bok choy, chopped
3 leaves chinese spinach, chopped
1 fresh red chilli, sliced
Method
Boil the soba noodles for 8 minutes and drain
Bring the water and dashi stock to a low boil
Add the shoyu, sesame oil and chilli
Add the prawns and simmer for a few minutes
Add the greens
Divide the soba into a bowls
Add the broth, prawns and greens
Garnish with sesame seeds or Spiral foods furikake
