Stir-fry noodles with mixed veg & a honey soy sauce.

Enjoy the balance of this sweet and salty sauce tossed among beautifully textured udon noodles.

Total prep and cook time: 25min Serves 2
Ingredients
200g Spiral foods udon noodles
1 TB Spiral foods sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 medium white onion, sliced
1 small red capsicum, sliced
1 small broccoli, cut into little florets For the sauce
1/3 cup Spiral foods shoyu sauce
1 TB honey
2 TB water
2 grated garlic cloves
Method
Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the udon noodles for 8 minutes. Drain, cool with cold water and leave aside
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or pan
Add the garlic and sauté for a minute or until fragrant
Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes
Add the broccoli and capsicum, fry for a few minutes until softened
Add the noodles and the sauce and toss together well
Serve into bowls and garnish with white sesame seeds
